Wow, wow, wow. Not sure where to even start with this review. Val Sarkissian absolutely rocked it out as my agent. She went above and beyond and then some.

I came to Val originally wanting a rental and then shifted to purchasing. We looked at houses for months. Literally, months. This gem of a human came with me to everything from fixers that probably should be leveled to mild touch up houses to absolute pieces of art. We saw it all and she never complained about the drive or time spent once. We went from Burbank to Glendale to Pasadena to Altadena and back. We laughed a lot. Working with Val is like working with your badass boss bestie. You have a great time, but you’re also getting sh*t done. She is sincere and dedicated with a fantastic personality.

The level of service is five star. Her communication is thorough, timely and precise. The house I ended up buying… we weren’t the first or second highest offer, we were in the middle and with Val’s rockstar attitude, persistence, communication and get er’ done attitude with the seller’s agent - they ended up taking our offer and we closed in 17 days with a 7 day inspection period. It was tight.

17 days is no joke, it is a ton of paperwork, time and energy in a VERY short amount of time. Val didn’t blink, she was fantastic and lined EVERYTHING up that needed to be done. I never felt worried about the timeline because I knew she and our lender had my back. She went the extra mile and then some.

Post-sale, there was an outstanding issue between the original seller and the city regarding a fence. Val didn’t bat an eye, took the bull by the horns and dealt with it herself. Before, during and after sale - Val has been and continues to be there.

On top of her realtor badassery, Val also has an eye for design. She has a degree in interior design and my god, the woman has great taste. She had some truly fantastic design ideas for my house and for the many houses we toured. Best part, they weren’t bank breakers.

I cannot recommend Val enough for the purchase of your next home or sale of your next property. Her thoroughness, attention to detail, warm personality and experience will leave you feeling cared for and in great hands.
