In a world of the “get rich quick” mentality and a lot of company’s doing what’s best for them. This company stands for the opposite. I truly feel like Trent and his team’s effort to ensure his customers are the most taken care of, is second to none. Trent will not tell you what you want to hear but will tell you what you need to hear and do what’s best for you, even if that doesn’t benefit him and his company. Please follow up on your phone calls and emails. You were highly recommended but as far as follow up skills, you need to work on that. When you don't respond, it appears you don't care about the customer. And it's frustrating. Maybe you need to hire an assistant?
It is important to respond. I know you are busy but not responding at all is concerning.
Put yourself in the customers shoes. What if you were trying to get a new policy, or you paid for a new policy and emailed a question and never heard back, how would that make you feel? Then if you have to keep trying for days or weeks to get a response it is exhausting, especially when I was told you are the best. Not responding is disheartening.
It is important for the livelihood of your business to respond to emails, calls , etc. Please.
