Dear Jeff. To charge people $.44 a page for scanning is the most outrageous thing ever. You are doing nothing but stealing money from the local Lynnhaven community. As a person who used to sell and lease copiers specifically to UPS stores there is no charge to you on your maintenance agreement or from a copier company for scanning. Scanning is absolutely free to you and to charge more than what you even charge for a copy is theft. So I want you to know you are a thief.

This UPS store is fantastic. It was busy when I went in and there were three young ladies helping everyone from doing a notary, setting up a mailbox and packaging for me. Packing was done quickly and efficiently and I’m so glad knowing that my expensive and fragile doll will get there safely.
