Jason was thorough and efficient and processed our financing request in record time. I tried several times with several brokers and was unsuccessful and then a friend suggested JT. What a blessing that was! Jason was the most professional and thorough broker I have ever come across. He was completely invested in making things happen and he followed through on every promise. He adjusted things as needed to make everything work out in the end and was there to answer every question and there were plenty! And he works with a great team and has resources to draw from and wonderful colleagues helping to make the entire experience wonderful. My wife and I would highly recommend!!!!!

Jason is simply the best. It's not common that someone who is building a new home uses a mortgage broker outside of the builder's finance company - as the builder tends to offer better deals. We were told that we should definitely shop around just in case and we are so glad we did. Jason came highly recommended by a local family friend. In our case, the builder quoted us .75% higher than the rate that we ended up with using Jason. Mortgage rates have been so volatile over the last 6 months, and due to Jason's lengthy experience and advice we timed a great rate lock within hours of the rates skyrocketing again. During the closing process, Jason was extremely thorough and helped push the builder's completely unorganized and unprofessional team to complete their tasks. I can't imagine what a mess things would have been if we were to rely on the builder's finance company. Jason will always be our first call for anything mortgage related - thank you for all of your help!
