The reports were so well done that when the time came to look for a house we turned to Cartwright Reality. Tiia Cartwright was such a pleasure to work with that we immediately knew she was the agent we wanted for buying a new house as well as selling the old one. And a great decision it was. They helped us buy the house of our dreams and got us to contract on our old house within three weeks, when most houses were sitting on the market for 100+ days. And both closings took place without a hitch thanks to Tiia’s associate Linda. Linda was always there for the countless questions we had and guided us smoothly through the inspection and legal processes involved in buying and selling a house. Overall amazing from start to finish! I have sold and now bought a house with Tiia and her team. On the selling side Tiia was on top on things from start to finish. A very professional well run real estate team. Always on time and there to help. I was so pleased, when I was able to buy a house I knew who exactly to call.
