I wanted to share my experience with Patty Neri from this company. Several years ago they represented me for property I was selling. The buyer backed out and the sale never closed as it was right after Hurricane Ian. Fast forward to now, a buyer out of the blue contacted me with cash offer but had his own title company. The day before closing I was contacted about a glitch on our end on the legal name on which the deed was recorded and the new tittle company underwriter would not allow the transaction to close. I called my old Realtors (the Curry Group) to ask they had any thoughts and they referred me back to Patty. Within several hours she was able to produce a document that was accepted by the underwriters of the new title company thereby saving the sale! She went out of her way even though it wasn't our title company and refused any compensation! Any property I buy or sell from now on will be represented by Title Masters and the Curry Group.

We had a great experience with Title Masters. Patty is so very helpful and knowledgeable . She cheerfully and patiently answered all of my questions, whether by phone or email. She is friendly, personable, and made me feel very comfortable through every step of the process. Patty also kept me apprised of the steps as they were happening.
It was such a pleasure to finally meet her in person at the closing. Patty even helped with an HOA matter days after closing!
