Lesley at TMI Real Estate Company always goes above and beyond. The house is immaculate and they are the best host ever! Anytime we have messaged they are very quick to respond, they truly want each individual to have the best time possible. We have been coming to FL twice a year and would never go anywhere else to secure our vacation home. They are literally the best. The house is well furnished and decorated very nicely. Close to the beach yet private and secluded. Beach accessories ready for fun in the garage. I love that I can email and let them know my budget and my dates and they hook me up with the best options. Lemon Bay area is our favorite! They really take all the hassle out of booking the vacation! Love them!!!!

We rented Summer Breeze vacation home in Rotonda West it’s the place do go when looking for a Gulf vacation!! It’s on a a big corner lot overlooking the canal.
It’s very clean, spacious and very well equipped! Its close to the beach and many great restaurants.
Sunset views from the Lanai were amazing, as were the Herons and egrets flying over the water while having coffee by the pool in the early mornings. What a beautiful, peaceful way to start our day!
We had a phenomenal stay at Summer Breeze and hope to return often!

Every single year we make more cherished memories with our family. Going on our 7th rental in the Lemon bay Manisota area. The houses are clean, accommodating, fun and close to all our favorite BEACHES! The staff is beyond kind and caring. If you need anything or something needs addressed they go above and beyond!
