Anybody can sell you a house or a piece of land. The difference with Tom is that he’ll actually help you get it done and get it done right.

When our seller’s agent and title company couldn’t explain where a 100 foot easement was on the property or how it would impact building our home, Tom walked into the 29 Palms Planning Department, where he knows the women that work there on a first name basis. He had them plot out the easement and email us the permitting requirements. The sale was just finalized, and we’re psyched!

Local knowledge is the ONLY knowledge. Work with Tom and you get unlimited access to the local network of city planners, contractors and handymen he knows. ALL are resources you’ll need, whether you’re buying a house or land to build a home on. Buy local. Stay local.

He’s also got a wicked sense of humor if the road gets bumpy. So give Tom a call. He’ll help get you home.

Tom helped me sell a nice home in a depressed market. He never took his foot off the gas continually scheduling open houses and showing the home whenever anyone contacted him. He found a cash buyer when cash buyers are pretty much the only buyers due to high interest rates. He is incredibly responsive and went beyond what was necessary to facilitate the sale. Since I am located many hours north of Joshua Tree, his assistance was an absolute necessity and his assistance was fantastic. I highly recommend him.

Tom is the best in the Joshua Tree Area. He was highly recommended through a friend who listed and sold their home with him and I'm so happy we had his help selling our cabin. He went above and beyond the call of duty and was patient and detailed throughout the entire process. He thoughtfully got the word out about our listing and clearly communicated with us every step of the way. He walked us through the dozen offers we received and we sold our cabin for 25% above our asking price! We did a 1031 exchange into a new property and he was very knowledgeable about that process as well. We can't recommend Tom enough.
