While I recognize that others may have had a 5-star experience with this real estate group, our personal experience left much to be desired. Communication was a significant issue throughout the process. The agent's inability to effectively and efficiently coordinate with our realtor led to unnecessary delays, miscommunications, and avoidable stress.

At times, negotiations felt more personal than professional, and the agent’s laissez-faire attitude contributed to missed opportunities for smoother resolutions. There were moments when we felt discouraged from requesting necessary repairs, as if we should feel "grateful" to even have the property. This approach created tension and a lack of collaboration, which detracted from the excitement that typically comes with purchasing a home.

The process also incurred additional costs—over $1,000—due to missed closing dates. Simple celebratory gestures, such as a "Sold" sign, were overlooked, and even after the sale was finalized, the property continued to display a "For Sale" sign for weeks until we had to intervene. To add to the frustration, we received bills for services that were promised to be completed prior to closing.

While the team may work well for some, our experience with this agent and group did not meet expectations, and I would not feel confident working or using their services in the future. I hope they consider addressing these gaps to ensure future clients have a more seamless and positive experience. In response to Realtors feedback:

Dear Toni,

Thank you for your response. While I respect that I was not your direct client, my review reflects my experience with your handling of the transaction and interactions with all involved parties, which significantly impacted the process. A 3-star rating indicates areas of concern while acknowledging that there were positive aspects as well.

It’s important to note that my review was not directed at your clients, but rather at the communication and coordination on your end. Specific concerns include:

1. Delays and Missed Deadlines: The transaction incurred over $1,000 in additional costs due to missed closing dates. Better communication and responsiveness could have mitigated these delays.

2. Negotiation Challenges: At times, the process felt unnecessarily personal, as if certain requests were discouraged rather than discussed professionally. This added stress and confusion. If you call this advocating for your client than I get it, but not good.

3. Lack of Follow-Through: A "For Sale" sign remained on the property for weeks post-closing, requiring my intervention to have it removed, and there were and still will be bills for services promised to be completed.

While I understand you are obligated to advocate for your clients, professionalism and clear communication with all parties—clients and non-clients alike—are vital for a smooth and positive transaction. My review reflects the impact of these factors on our experience as experienced buyers.

I hope this feedback is helpful for refining future processes to ensure all parties feel heard and valued, even when they are not the direct client. In short, it’s okay not to be perfect all the time or a "5". The goal is not to focus on one side but to gain a balanced understanding of how all parties experience the process.

My intention in sharing this feedback is to let go of the stress and anxiety caused by the issues I mentioned, while also offering you an opportunity to reflect on the process. My hope is that in doing so, you’ll find ways to improve and bring positivity to future transactions for all involved.
