Malísimo todo. Usamos en Septiembre el alquiler de una casa en Reunion Resort y estuvo todo bien, respetaron todo. Ahora en Diciembre, es un caos, la casa no es la que alquilamos por fotos, equipamiento muy barato y berreta, la atención a los reclamos es desastroza. No recomiendo en absoluto los servicios de top villas

Storey Lake Resort 978, Storey Lake Resort

We plan a family vacation every year for our family. I have stayed in houses in the area before, but never rented from Top Villas.
The booking process was great and the communication before arrival was fine. The issues stated as soon as we arrived.
The door code didn’t work, but was resolved pretty quickly.
I was a little surprised comparing the pictures to the actual property. All of the pictures of the game areas are actually taken from one room.
One of the main reasons I booked this property was for the theater room (which is actually a loft area). The remotes provided did not work for the TV. I called to report the problem, someone came to fix it during the day while we were at a park.
When we returned, the issue had not been resolved-the remotes still did not work. I called again to ask if they could help resolve the problem, but that didn’t happen.
We have a movie night planned, but was unable to make that happen.
If you intend to rent this property, please note you will receive 1 towel, hand towel and washcloth per person for your entire stay. Be sure to bring extra paper towels, toilet tissue and garbage bags.
Lesson learned on my part-I will ask more questions and read more reviews before booking in the future.

When I first started my rental journey with Top Villas, the selected homes were top notch. But the last few times, my family's experience has not been anything to brag about. Most recently, after spending thousands of dollars on a home, we were not even provided wash clothes for bathing. The coffee maker was broken and the home even had an ant problem in one of the upstairs showers. Nothing was done to improve our stay. We also paid for pool heating. The pool was very cold our entire stay. Now I am fighting for a refund. This has really impacted my opinion of Top Villas because there does not appear to be a standard that these properties have to meet before properties can be rented to people like you and me. And believe me, management does not seem to care that you spent your hard earned money.

Update...The company has refused to issue a refund.

We are having family fly in from all over the country. We booked our house 1.5 years ago, and 2 weeks before, top villas cancelled with no explanation. So we got a replacement home through the company. Just found out that they cancelled AGAIN. Absolutely ridiculous. Now we are scrambling! Zero customer support. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Cancelling twice for a group of 17 flying in from all over the country?! We’ve had this trip planned forever! Unacceptable

I booked a home with Magical Vacation homes last year and I went right back to them to book another home for this winter. Dealing with Marcos made the experience ever easier than last year. I had a few questions and had answers in minutes. I cannot recommend anyone better for this area in Florida. Thanks for all your help and can't wait to see this home, the one last year was more than we could have asked for.
