Update 7/17: Yesterday I ended up leaving a few messages one in the main and another in another department in hopes of trying to get someone to call me back and either answer my questions or direct me to the person that could. I got 2 calls back within hours of leaving those messages and that was very impressive, most departments take 24 hours to return phone calls. The representative that I spoke to was very kind, and was able to answer my questions on the spot. I really appreciated this, it was night and day from the past few times I spoke to someone. Also, she remembered that I asked about a certain development in the area, at the time she said she wasn't sure because she was new. Today she called and left me a voicemail with information on who I could contact to speak to someone that has the info I was looking for. I must say I was really impressed by this, she took the time to go the extra mile for me and that for sure changes my rating. Thank you!

7/16-Awful experience. The whole point of having a department for the city is to be able to answer questions, and help people. The last time I called the rep told me she was filling in for someone and couldn't answer my questions, or send me to someone who could. This time I called trying to get ahold of someone in the building department and their menu with the extensions doesn't actually dial through. The main message feels like it's 10 mins long so when you actually get to the part where they tell you to input the extension you'd like to reach and hit the hashtag after, it actually restarts the whole message. I went through this 3 times, I have never been so frustrated. This is the most unorganized setup i've ever dealt with.

We pay taxes for service and to be helped. Today that was exactly what I needed. If you need help don't call the town Marsha is not helpful or was she willing to serve. She was very rude and once I told her I was simply asking for help and that she didn't need to raised her voice towards me she then proceeded to hang up on me. I called back to maybe try and get help from any other individual but my call was forwarded to voice mail. Hopefully they can hire an individual who would like to actually do the Job!

I loved living in Severance but I did not like dealing with the town hall; every time I called, Marsha was rude and would always cut me off before I could finish speaking.

They have always been easy to work with and are doing a great job running this rapidly growing town. Much better than Windsor or Greeley for sure!

I had a great experience with these officers. At the end of the day most of them live here and they just want to keep their community safe.
