We moved from the Detroit Michigan area to the Santa Clarita area, 2,300 miles across the country and needed someone we could trust and would have our best interest in mind. Tracy is exactly that person. She called us the same day I got her recommendation. She spoke with both my wife and I found out what we were looking for in a home and the general area we wanted to live. From there she quickly recommended several properties for us to review online since at that time we were still in Michigan. Two weeks later we flew out for me to start my new job and to start our house hunt!. We saw the 6 to 7 properties we had highlighted from her research and recommendations and shortly there after decided on a home in Valencia.

She patiently worked with us on the offer and counter offer. We quickly found out that in Southern California the list price is only the suggested starting point :). Then there is the "endless" pages of paperwork. She again patiently worked with us through the process. For reference this was our 8th different home purchase and I will say the paperwork in California is about 5 times as much as Michigan!

We closed on our house a few days ago, and again Tracy took care of all the details going above and beyond to insure everything was just right!
