As I write this, I am sitting in the business class lounge at the airport about to board my flight for my European vacation and it's ALL THANKS to Travel Visa Pro, specifically, the owner, and the amazing Alex!!!! Here's the story, I checked my passport on Sunday afternoon and to my surprise, it expired next month (I thought I had another year on it but I was clearly wrong) which would not allow me to travel given Europe requires your passport not expire within 6 months of travel. My flight was that coming Thursday (today). I went into full-blown panic mode. I reached out to a ton of companies, and was willing to pay whatever to get my passport renewed in time.... like in the speed of light sort of timing....

I sent frantic and very desperate emails to a bunch of companies on a Sunday evening. The owner of Travel Visa Pro called me back at 11:45PM and told me to come into the office early Monday morning (the next day) with all my paperwork in hand. Granted it wasn't cheap (actually way less than other companies who couldn't get it to me in time), but who cares, when you're desperate, you're desperate!!!! I showed up, gave them all my stuff early Monday morning, and to my amazement, they had my new passport ready to pick up in the SF office Wednesday (yesterday) at 4PM. Honestly, this feels nothing short of a miracle!!! A new passport in 48 hours... UNHEARD of!!!! But these guys pulled it off and I am so grateful.

My husband and I joked that it must be a fake passport if they were able to turn it around in 48 hours.... but it's the real deal!! I will be referring everyone I know in need of a quick passport renewal to this company .

Again, thank you to the owner and to Alex for working your magic!!!! If I could give you 25 stars, I would!

I had a pleasant experience renewing my passport with Travel Visa Pro. The process was lightweight: I only needed to come into the office once to take the passport photo, fill out the application, and sign the courier documents. The lead consultant, Alex, took a great passport photo of me and was very helpful throughout the process, especially in communicating all aspects of the renewal timeline. Additionally, I was able to get my passport in only 2 weeks, despite paying for a 5 week turnaround.

The only caveat was the price. I paid $250 for renewal, but I thought it was kind of expensive. Overall, I had a good experience and appreciated the talented, professional staff.

Great customer service. There were a few times I blew up on them because I was frustrated with the process. I realize it might have been the Chinese visa itself, not Travel Visa Pro though. Travel Visa Pro agents were always polite and helpful. I am very thankful they didn't kick me out. Their responsiveness is also impressive. I was able to chat with someone around 9 pm and have a phone call. We received our Chinese visa today. Thank you!

It is an expensive service if you need your passport very quickly but they do a very good job. My concierge was SUPER nice! and the agent assigned to my order was with me every step of the way and answered all my questions, Can’t recommend them enough.

Needed a Passport ASAP, applied Friday at midnight they reached out within an hour got me set up over the weekend I got everything together (they give you a list and help) went Monday to stamp and deliver the package with my info. It got received Tuesday night finished Wednesday with picture evidence. Thursday they shipped it back and it arrived Friday morning. My plan left the following Monday. Amazing customer service. Very surprised that it could be so fast. The passport office was giving me the run around for months. Travel visa solved my issue with only an extra hundred bucks (vs what the gov would charge) in just a few days. 5\5 would recommend.
