Es una compañía que no sirve para nada, te dan un trato déspota Brtiney se porta grosera y además cuando desaloje la casa que me rentaron la dejé más limpia de lo que la compañía me la entregó además me cobraron $390.00 de limpieza...quien se quedó con ese dinero 💰? Esta para pensarse, cualquier cuadrilla de limpia casas no va tener que hacer nada absolutamente en esa casa yo les recomiendo que por nada del mundo hagan trato con esta compañía que se queda con tu dinero a eso se le llama robo!!😡😡 ni siquiera tiene alfombras

We have had timely, effective, and positive communication with property manager Kristina M. in recent weeks. "THANK YOU" TRT for this management improvement because prior to this change it was going to be a Zero Star review. This change was needed and we appreciate it. We'll be leaving the home in better condition than when we moved in and we expect a 100% return of deposit at the end of the lease. I plan to leave more reviews at that time.

I can sincerely say that Kristina cares about her job and more importantly the tenants she works with. I have nothing but good things to say ever since she has taken over our property. Now I will say our previous property manager would have gotten a 0 star due to the lack of care and communication. Now that Kristina has taken over, those problems have been resolved and life has flowed smoother!

Tucson Realty & Trust Co Management Services (in particular, Kristina Montebello) have been ABSOLUTELY wonderful!! We have been in the process of renting a house through them and have had such a positive experience thus far. There has been clear communication, consistent efforts towards getting the place ready, concern for us and our timing/well-being, and positive efforts overall to make sure everything is the way it needs to be. We are incredibly grateful 🙂

Applied for a property we were well qualified for. They asked that we have 2 years of employment history and current verifiable income. This was provided and then we were told that you're only qualified if someone has worked the same job for 2 years. The co applicant has previously rented with this company with less than a year at their job. It seems they are just trying to get as many applicants to pay the application fee. Obviously if it was clearly stated we needed 2 years at the same job, we wouldn't have wasted our time and money applying. If the two of us do not understand your "clearly stated" policy, then it is not clearly stated. I'm sure they’ve tried and successfully pulled this over on more vulnerable individuals who have more to lose.

I would have given them ZERO stars if I could.

If you don't want to be slammed with a sudden collection months after moving out, with no warning because there was no attempt to contact you, don't rent from TRT.

We were charged for carpet replacement despite the depreciable life of the carpet being only 5 years per IRS. (We rented for nearly 5 years, and the carpet was at least 2 years old upon taking occupancy of the unit.) Per our rental agreement and property manager, despite it not being our responsibility to maintain them, we were charged for the painting of the units outside. We were also charged 3 months' rent, despite the unit being re-rented to another individual effective the 1st of the month after we broke our lease and paid the lease break fee. They treated me terribly after my mother's sudden and traumatic death at the end of our lease.

My rental manager was unprofessional, condescending, and a terrible communicator. Phone calls would go unanswered or unreturned for weeks on end.

Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere.

If you want to be scammed out of your hard earned deposit money then this is place for you. I was charged $600 for paint issues that were there when I moved in. I advise to take pictures when moving in to prove what you did and didn’t do. Oh, and forget about office manager calling you back because that won’t happen. I paid over $2200 deposit and didn’t even get back $800. What a joke!! I’ll do my very best to tell renting folks to stay far away from TRT.
