Last month, I had a very poor experience and felt compelled to send an email in the hope of alerting the organization of its representation. What I received was the snarkiest and most unprofessional response one could have imagined. This is the most unprofessional organization I have ever dealt with.

My original email:

I never bother to send correspondence like this but I wanted to express my utter and complete disgust at the way I was treated at this auction pick up. The gentleman who was coordinating was the rudest person I have encountered in a very, very long time.

The response:

I am sorry you had a bad experience. I will terminate his employment at once. He can care for his sick wife and child with some other job if he can find it. I know he has had to deal with some bad news lately but that should never cause him to not be at his best most polite self with our customers. Frankly, I am tired of hearing about his trials.
Cordial interaction with clients is the most important thing with us. I don’t know what transpired between you and this knave but rest assured he will go.
Now, I do not discourage my people from expressing their concern when buyers arrive with vehicles too small to transport or when they arrive to pick up large objects that clearly would require strong help to SAFELY remove from the premises. The point is to impress upon the person the import of reading the instructions before arriving.
Crushed clients and damaged walls and doors can slow down the pick up process, and cause us to have to pay for repairs. We don’t make enough money to afford that.
But, I am sure this does not apply to you.
Rest assured this rude person will go hungry. I will withhold his days wage and terminate him at once.
Thank you for exposing the jackass.
