Margaret Penoli Is horrible at customer service. As a resident of any of the apartments she overlooks she should treat you with the upmost respect and be willing to hear your concerns out.

Instead I was told I should essentially give a 60 day notice instead of the problem being corrected.

They rec’v 2 stars for their property manager. However, I was extremely unimpressed with their Trailing Vines location in Spring TX - upkeep and condition of the apartment/property. The apartments need extreme deep cleaning (to include air vents/carpet), remodeling, upgraded appliances and more. The buildings have an immediate need for infestation removal (pest control). My first impression was this was a place of “last chance” renters. The rent per month is completely outrageous for the condition of the units. The office manager was absolutely wonderful - unfortunately the overall management of this property does not pride in looks and/or quality. Even if this is your last chance to rent or only place you can be accepted - YOU DESERVE BETTER. We turned away - it’s not suitable living for anyone. Please take pride in your property and make it better quality living for all of your residents who choose to remain or for those coming to visit.

I asked the office staff to fix my mail box at my apartment building, two days go and when i drove up today to I check my mail it’s still broken with my mail in it. I was walked over and knocked on the door to the management and asked why mail mailbox was opened and unfixed when I asked them to fix it two days ago and they told me they didn’t have the part and had to order it.
I asked the lady upfront how long it’s going take for the part to come in and she tells me “I don’t know.”
I responded with “So how long will my mail box stay open?” and she says “I don’t know however long it takes?
So I asked her “You’re just going to leave my mailbox open and broken for an underdetermined time?”
She responded with “I’ll get fixed when it gets fixed.”
I angrily told her that “If any mail goes missing in the time that my mailbox is open and unfixed I would press charges and sue her.”
It’s a Federal offense to tamper or open some else mail. My management company neglected their responsibility of maintaining my mailbox which leaves it open for literally anyone to just take mail away before I get the chance to open and read it. I pay rent and a maintenance fee so that they can have these part on hold.
