We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Apollo #409! The unit was very clean and updated. The check in and check out procedures were very simple and efficient. Amanda was very responsive to our emails and helping with any of our needs. The property owner was wonderful and accommodating , as she was willing to change our dates due to a family death at the last minute. We love Marco Island and will definitely be back and will look forward to working with Affinity Plus Rentals again.

I was so hoping for a good experience as I booked a place to stay for a few days over the 4th of July. I first booked a condo on the Isles of Capri. However, Re/Max called within a few hours saying that I should not have been able to book since there were workmen in the unit. So, she said that she could put me in a condo on Marco. At first, my friend and I were thrilled with the location and view. However, things took a turn as the air conditioner was not working correctly and the Re/Max office was not very helpful. They referred us to the paperwork we were given, which tells us what to do if the air is not working correctly which included turning the breaker on and off and resetting the fan. Really So they knew there was a problem with the air conditioner, which is why they included these directions in the paperwork. They did call the air company and then expected us to wait in the condo for them. So we did this - twice. Spent hours of our vacation waiting for the air conditioning company. Sleeping was very uncomfortable, as it went up to 81 degrees in the condo. The workman said the unit was a 2009 unit. The unit could not be cooled, so they ended up moving us to the original place I had booked on Isles of Capri. However, this required us to pack everything up and move to another place, and Re/Max refused to compensate for any of the payment. Additionally, the condo had mold in the bathroom, the bathtub was chipped, and the window shower curtain was stained. The faucet had such little pressure that it was difficult to use. Also, the sliding doors were extremely hard to open and close, and one of the doors had a screw or something tearing at it when you opened and closed it. Strange. The Re/Max office never did give us a site to review, other than recommend me to review on their website, but choose to review on Google. The right thing to do on their part, in addition to moving us to a place that had air conditioning, would have been to give a partial refund for the inconvenience we had to go through. They let me know that “We don’t do things that way.” I would never recommend ANYONE to use this Re/Max for anything.

The AC unit was a 2009 model. So, that is a 14 year old model. No surprise that it wasn't working. When it was going on the second day with no air, you should have then immediately offered to move us. You never offered a refund. As far as the other items I listed that were not up to par, I did mention on the phone that there were some other issues, but not as vital as having no air - and I said I would just mention them in the review. They were nothing compared to staying in a unit that was 81 degrees. So, you did not move “swiftly and responsibly” to move us, as we had to stay for two days and two hot nights in the unit before you finally mentioned moving us. Oh, and no ceiling fan in the bedroom! There was a small portable fan, but it was not much help in the heat of the condo. And we were out of the second condo by 11 - so the cleaning crew could have come in after that, which was the checkout time according to the information left inside the condo. We were sitting on the porch having lunch, but we were not in the condo.

Top Vacation Rental Agency on Marco. They really delivered the goods! Condo was perfect, had a nice pool and was walking distance to the beach. We stayed 7 nights and will be coming back next year. My family and I recently rented a beach house on Marco and had a fantastic experience. The house was exactly as described - clean, spacious, and just steps from the beach. All of the staff, Angel, Amanda and Charlene were incredibly helpful and responsive to all our questions throughout our stay. First class, family oriented organization! Highly recommend! We will definitely be calling again for our next trip!

I want to take this moment to Thank the entire office staff and owner of Re/Max Affinity Plus Rentals for going well past above and beyond! I was in dire need of lodging after Hurricane Ian destroyed the Causeway Bridge to my home on Sanibel Island. I felt very fortunate to be referred to Steve and have him offer me a 30 day condo rental at a great price considering the circumstances at the time of people being charged more than double the normal October - November rates.

A few days before, I booked a different hotel in the area that I was going to stay at until the condo was ready. When I called the hotel the night I was supposed to arrive, they told me they were overbooked and my reservation was cancelled. I had just stopped by Re/Max Affinity Plus to fill out my application for the condo rental and now I was desperate for lodging; even though it was after-hours, I called the office and left a message asking if they had anything available or if I could get into that condo sooner. As I was contemplating sleeping in my jeep, Charlene called me right back and told me to turn around and come back to the office and they will meet me there and figure something out. Charlene and Angel came back to the office after hours to help me. They were able to find me a place to stay until I could get into the 30-day condo.

That kind of service is so unexpected these days and I was extremely appreciative, but there's More!!!! Steve, Charlene, Angel, and Eric (friend) offered to go over by boat to Sanibel to help me pull debris out of my home and shovel out muck/dirt. They gave up their entire Saturday to help a stranger that they only met days before. They helped me SAVE my HOME for which I will always be grateful!

Failed to update us of major construction in building we stayed at. Building had posted construction updates for months and other home owners made arrangements. got a beach front apartment and because of construction could not sit on balcony in the AM for the whole trip.
Re/max offered to relocate us but never heard back.

This is my second year with Remax rental company and I’ve been extremely pleased.
They are all very
helpful and professional.
Though there really hasn’t been any issues with our condos, with an issue they respond immediately.
We’ve stayed in 3 different condos and they have all been very clean and well kept and equipped.
Michelle was amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful.
I’ve used other rental companies in Marco and there is no comparison.
If you want someone kind, caring and responsive ask for Charlene though I’m sure they are all just as amazing.
Thank you for making our winters in Marco amazing.
