It has been a pleasure working with the VIP crew. Drew and Matt are quite organized and on top of their properties. We complete a lot of property management work, and their portfolio is managed well. Properties look clean and well maintained. Documentation & communication from beginning to end is clear and timely. We have never had an issue with being able to reach someone when we have a question about how to proceed. Staff is friendly, communicative, knowledgeable, and represents the owners expectations well...No shortcuts with this group.

The entire staff at VIP is great and we've enjoyed their expertise for many years. Not only have they done a fantastic job of increasing returns on our property, they have also strived to maintain the units in top notch shape, while also providing good service to the tenants. VIP has honestly been amazing. VIP manages our families properties and continues to do an outstanding job. Everyone at the office is so easy to work with and is always willing to help. I really appreciate open communication and VIP continues to exceed our expectations when conveying information. Their reporting is fantastic. I’ve lived at my current address for about eight years, and VIP has always been there for me. They were very supportive in helping me when it came time for me to paint the interior of my place, and then again, to allow me to plant roses it in the front of my apartment. I even had a leaky sink at one time, and they came and replaced the faucet, the sink and the entire countertop, giving me a more updated look. VIP does make you feel special!
