I have tried to rent from them. Mr Vaughn informed me that because I am a single woman, I was going to be dragging men in and out. I rented elsewhere. My neighbor was their tenant, until today. She's in her 80s and went to pay rent. They refused to accept it and told her to move in 5 days. No notice. No paperwork. They just told her that they were rehabbing the condo. Nobody I know has anything good to say about them

Moved into a house paying $1775 in Ridgecrest in July 2024. The A/C and swamp cooler were both broken when we moved in. Running the broken A/C left us with a $1400 energy bill which Vaughn initially said they would assist with but has not. Have lived almost 3 weeks with no A/C still paying full rent in 110 degree weather.

We moved in at the end of June 2024 paying 1775 a month and at the beginning of July 2024 our A/C stopped working, along with our swamp cooler. We found this out when our electric bill for a household of 2 was 1400. When we initially got our electric bill they told us they would help with it, but have yet to do so. We have been without any A/C in 110 heat for almost 3 weeks now.

Not a good experience with Vaughn. I would advise you to not even apply here if you know your credit score is low. It turns out that owners will not accept you if your score is less than 640(.Which mine is less) Three in my family which makes cost for app.75.00 none refundable. I told them I knew my score was high 500's. Asked them "Should I even apply"? They never revealed that owners require 640 score,which they knew!! We drove around wasting gas and time for nothing looking at rentals. So folks they will take your $$ and you will be out!

We had great results using Joe Said as our listing agent . He went way above and beyond to get our house ready to show in time for the busy season, which played a key role in getting 3 good offers in the first few weeks. Joe was very responsive every step of the way and we always felt that our account was a priority and important to him. We wouldn't hesitate using him again.

Only people in town to rent to us in town. When no one else wanted to rent to us because my credit score wasn't a 620. Coldwell could have rented a $1,950.00 house out to us for a year but instead lost out. Besides that everyone we felt with at Vaughn was top notch. Thank you to the ladies for all you did.

When I needed a place to rent they were very helpful and understanding. There rentals prices for houses or apartments are awesome. They even sell unit for those who want to buy. Tell Charyce, that Michael sent you!?

Where is my home for sale! Are you lying to me? I’m going to sue you. I am waiting for my home that you kicked me out of to be for sale. Either get me into a new place or I’m going to sue you for invading my privacy and by the way I looked at the house no one has touched it since I left so why so many bills for sweeping the garage lol. You people better help me
