No tiene condiciones ni seguridad no hay higiene de ningún tipo recomiendo que no es un buen lugar para pasarla bien es un engaño,piense lo bien antes de ir vale la pena pagar un poco mas.

Me gusta donde vivo es muy bonito, no tengo quejas solo que deberían mejorar la señal telefonica

We own a property and unfortunately we had Ventura Resorts start to manage it in late 2022. In June we came to our condo. It was filthy having not been cleaned since the prior tenant left several weeks before. They never answered the phone or returned messages. We went to their office in Orlando and found it unoccupied. They no longer have any staff in Orlando. They owe us two months rent but never answer emails. Avoid this company. They are a fraud.

My daughter, grandson and myself visited Orlando and stayed in a Ventura property condo. It was wonderful!! Had everything we needed and plenty of room. It was Very Clean, that is a big must for me! Also we were close to all of the fun attractions we wanted to visit while we were there! Would highly recommend and would definitely go back!!

My experience with Ventura Resorts & Properties has been fantastic! I originally rented a property with a different company that canceled my stay a month before my trip. I have to say it was a blessing. I found this beautiful villa with Ventura and it has been perfect for our family stay. The house is away from tourist area for that extra peace and quiet after long days at Disney. The Villa has a natural preserve in the back. Fantastic for those who love and appreciate nature. We have seen all sorts of birds, a few baby alligators and turtles. The house is clean with 3 bedrooms. The game room is fun for late night family fun. You have a beautiful big pool and spa. My little one plates in the spa area is like a small pool.without the bubbles. Communication has been great, they have been very responsive to my messages. I love my rental and would definitely rent from again. Thank you for our first Florida experience. You have made us feel welcome and will be a memorable vacation for a long g time coming.
