With a couple of exceptions the condo was very nice, furnishing and accommodations were great! There were a few maintenance issues some resolved some not. The spiral staircase was a little intimidating but there was an exterior door to the outside hallway, it was inconvenient to go out and use the elevator to get to the downstairs area of our condo. This unit is the 3/4 with a den perfect for our 6 ladies get-a-way. The staff was more than accommodating and beach service was excellent! Overall the property was clean and well maintained. The location is perfect for groceries, restaurants and shopping. Some of the group wished there had been a TV in the main living space, we were a little cramped in the den for our football games and movie time.
Price is a little high if you are not splitting in 6 ways.

My husband & I just returned from a wonderful vacation on Longboat Key at the Veranda Beach Club! Everything about this place was so nice. The location is perfect, the grounds are beautiful, & the view from our balcony was amazing!
My parents & I used to stay here for many years in the 1990's & 2000's. I was so happy that my husband, his brother, & his brother's girlfriend were able to experience the Veranda as well. We will definitely be back!

This place is fabulous. Our family loves this condo development. Widest terrace you will ever see - stretching across the entire space - we had ocean view and it was something else. Beautifully decorated, nice kitchen, bedrooms angled for views, nice living room for gathering - the view is never out of your sight. We had been here 3 times in the past. We find it exceptional out of all the placed we have ever gone. There is nothing quite like it. Close to shopping, eateries, St. Armond's Circle, live entertainment, the Columbia Restaurant and others - everything is top shelf.

My wife and I have been coming to LBK since the mid-90's. It's one of our favorite places for a vacation. We've stayed at a few different places during those trips, but our favorite is Veranda Beach Club. The main reasons are: The location is close to a well-stocked Publix, great restaurants, other shopping and right on a beautiful beach; complimentary chairs and umbrellas set up by very friendly staff; and the building is not too large so that you don't feel crowded. Although we feel the rooms could stand some updates, they are clean and efficient. We highly recommend.
