This was a lovely house with more than enough space for my family. The game room was great. The only issue we had was the master bedroom. They should upgrade the bed (mattress & headboard). Also we had a challenge with the hot water, but the maintenance company responded quickly to our request. We had a great stay.

We stayed in the Kissimmee area for spring break. The house was clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen has all the essential items.

We has issues with smoke alarms during our stay and they were very attentive in fixing the problem.

I would recommend dusting the ceiling fans and a/c vents though. I only notice because I am attentive to these things traveling with a son who has asthma. If that is the only point of constructive feedback, I believe you are doing great!

The property was ok in a great location. On the other hand, Villa4UFlorida management team was horrible, unfair and unprofessional. We paid for a heated pool and spa, and both were cold on our arrival. Someone came to turn the heat on the next day and it took at least 2 days to warm up. It stopped working 2 days later but came back on the next day.
We were asked to add cold water to the spa because the water level kept dropping, which made the water even colder and the spa unusable.
The pool heater does not work properly and Villa4UFlorida refuse to take responsibility and refuse to to do the right thing and refund the days we were not able to use what we paid for. Obviously not a first as I read on VRBO other customers complaining about same thing. My husband had to fix the toilet upstairs so it wouldn't run all day. Which I am sure they will appreciate when you get the water bill. The TV in bedroom didn't work (also read in some reviews it was already broken months ago). Property is in really good location, but it could use a little update and mostly it deserve a better management company.

Stayed in a 3 bedroom in Oak Island Harbour for 11 nights in November of 2018. The house was great, a 3 bedroom villa. Very close to the parks, and could be at Animal Kingdom in 5-6 min. Had an issue one day where the spa was suddenly down in water level, so I called, and it was fixed right away. Great customer care and in my case was all done via email. Have already recommended the company to numerous friends. Will 100% stay again.

We rented this 4 bedroom villa in Davenport Fl at the Abbey at Westhaven February 2019. This gated community is very peaceful and relaxing. We rented the house sight unseen and were a bit nervous because we've done that before with other management companies and the experience was not good.
The house was clean, beds comfortable, pool and patio area very relaxing and private.
There was a problem with a brand new pool heater and service techs showed up the next morning.
The staff at Villa4uflorida are very professional and are there to see you enjoy your vacation!

Rented a house at Canna Dr in Davenport. The 5 bedroom house was spacious but not clean. The shower curtain had mold and the water in tub did not drain when showering. The tubs were dingy and grayish. To top things off the house had roaches. Maintinence was called and they provided prompt service. Changed the shower curtain and fixed the drain problem. They only pesticide sprayed behind the stove. Roaches continued to surface during our stay including in refrigerator and dishwasher. I was grossed out during our stay there. Management should have done a better job with cleaniness.

We recently stayed in a villa managed by Villa4uflorida and we can't praise them enough! Prior to arrival all communications with them was handled very quickly and in a very friendly manner. When we arrived the villa was spotlessly clean. During our visit we had a problem with the pool, when we contacted Ashley he responded very quickly and made it clear that he would do everything he could to rectify the problem for us. In person Ashley and Jordan were as friendly and helpful as could be. In short this is a family run business who's main aim is to make sure our families holiday was the best it could be.

We have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Villa4uflorida to make sure your holiday is the dream holiday you would wish for, so much so we will definitely be using them again in the near future.

We have several homes that are being managed by Villa4uflorida. We have been extremely pleased with their level of service and support for all of our homes. From the owner perspective, we just released a 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom home and despite a tight timeline, they were very supportive and helped us to deliver a 5 star product. In terms of customer service and support, we couldn't be happier as Ashley Smith-Foreman consistently goes beyond the "call of duty" to look after our guests and issues that arise at our homes before they ever become a problem. Overall, I would highly recommend Villa4uflorida to future guests and homeowners alike.
