Andy, McKenzie, Dana and Brenda were very helpful when selling our home in West Melbourne. Andy was straight forward with recommendations and exceeded our expectations by selling the house the first week on the market. McKenzie, Dana and Brenda helped us with paperwork and the admin part of the home sale. Everyone on Andy’s team is knowledgeable and friendly. My calls were always promptly answered. Waterman Real Estate is wonderful and I highly recommend them if you need a realtor.

Linda and Sherri were very helpful throughout the entire process of buying my first home. Linda showed me multiple properties with detailed information about each one. Even though we had not sold a house with Waterman, Erica Peterson was the seller's realtor and was MORE helpful than anyone I had ever dealt with. We had an unexpected change on our end, and Erica was always helpful, answered every phone call, text, and email even after hours! I can't recommend her and this company enough! PS stay far away from Melbourne Beach Properties unless you want clueless and crotchety senior citizens to represent you -_-

We can’t say enough about Andy Waterman and his team. Andy’s company is tops in Brevard County and now we know why! Andy is warm, caring, and knowledgeable - he helped us with the right repairs, he understood our selling timeline, the photos and listing captured the unique features of our home, and he priced the house carefully and thoughtfully. As a result, we received a number of offers over asking price within a few days of listing. Dana and Brenda at the office were fantastic, helping us get through all the hoops to a successful closing. Andy and his team did a wonderful job. They made selling a home as simple as it could be. When the buyer's home inspection asked for a few repairs, the Waterman team handled getting the contractors lined up. I was given estimates before the work started and I personally did not do anything. Andy and his staff did everything. I highly recommend and will definitely use again.
