We worked with Wayne while selling my elderly father in-law's house. He explained the entire process after walking down memory lane with father in-law.
Wayne was very knowledgeable about the market. He helped us price the house competitively taking into account the age and condition of the property .
He was quick to call with updates, got back to us when we contacted him, and even came out to our house to alleviate my father in-law's mobility issues.
During the inspection there was an issue with the septic system and an engineered system was needed. Wayne had recommendations for contractors needed for the entire job.
Wayne was very professional and we’d highly recommend him to anyone.
