I cannot say enough about how well Michelle Geberth handled the sell of my Mothers home. Every aspect from the first meeting all the way through closing. She went above and beyond her responsibilities as an agent. She kept both of us informed every step of the way. I moved my Mom here to Georgia in June. Michelle kept an eye on her home inside and out and notified us if the lawn maintenance had not come by. She even went over right before hurricane Milton to close everything up and do what she could to protect Mom’s house And Michelle immediately went over the next morning as soon as she was able to get out to check on things. The closing was effortless. Michelle handled everything without Mom having to be there. Mom’s money was in her account within 24 hours. I would absolutely trust her with and highly recommend Michelle to handle your listing. 5 stars!

Sherry is a great! She is such a wonderful mix of professionalism with personality. She will always deliver and do what she says she is going to do. She also always came prepared to our appointments, having researched the properties ahead of time. When I had questions, she promptly would reach out to the realtor to get them answered. I know she also invests in really going the extra mile in terms of marketing and getting the word out to her network. If I gave her a task, Sherry found a way to make it happen.
