Les recomiendo a todo el que está buscando una renta, que no haga contacto con la Sra Wendy debido a que te hace sentir como un homeless buscando donde vivir, cumples con todos los requisitos y aún así no se toma ni el trabajo de escribirte para decirte cómo va el proceso, vuelve a pedir documentos absurdos y cuando lee tus mensajes no es capaz ni de responder.

Wendy is the best at the Beaches. She knew my timeline and the needs of requested property location. I was amazed that it took only 4 days for her to call with the Perfect Location for me. Her knowledge of mortgage options ,lenders and work ethic have zero limitations. She is on the BALL! 24/7 ... I would call Planet Reallty "FIRST", as this is my second time with Wendy Rodgers.

From the perspective of a tenant, Planet Realty is a professionally run, family owned business. Both Wendy and Sarah take care of their tenants to the best of their abilities and their hard work really shows. They are prompt when taking care of my maintenance requests and any other issues that might arise. There is no stress when renting a property from Planet Realty and Management.

I rented form Planet Realty for two years and would highly recommend you stay away from this company, I had a terrible experience. The customer service was atrocious due to extremely rude and disrespectful management. After many attempts to contact Wendy with issues and for help, I received late responses if any at all. Not once did anyone come to do any regular maintenance on the house over the two years. Not only would I never rent form the company again, If I were a home owner I would not trust them to lease out my property. Avoid Dealing with Wendy Rodgers, Save yourself the frustration and headache.

I would suggest that if you looking to do business with Ms. Rodgers don't she is very unprofessional, rude, bad management company. We rented a house from her in May 2017 at first she seems nice and professional until you sign the contract and from that moment on things became a nightmare between her and the owner of the property nothing got fix, will not return phone calls or texts or emails. The house has a plumbing problem instead of sending a plumber the owner came with a friend and was not able to fix anything the shower in the master bathroom knobs never work the kitchen sink drain was going into the dishwasher and they wouldn't come out to fix it that my daughter and her roommates over out after 6 months. Please please beware
