We’ve been renting a weekly Beach cottage for 6 summers through West Shore and we couldn’t be any happier. It’s ALWAYS clean and fresh smelling when you walk in the door! Everything feels like home! The staff is attentive and very professional!! They return your call as soon as possible and everyone is friendly and do what it takes to make sure you are pleased! I love the welcome package you receive that has a binder of the local attractions and places to eat! This year because of COVID we received West Shore fade masks & keychains which was an added bonus! The actual owners of the cottage Debbie & Paul, are very friendly and ready to help when you need anything! I wouldn’t rent from any other realty! Mike, The owner KNOWS Milford, especially the Beach areas, I’d recommend him to everyone when selling or purchasing a home. He’s been in the family business his whole life! Looking forward to next years rental!

Buyers beware. I rented from this company (third party). I had to clean the property before I moved in. It was riddled with bugs and dirt and hadn’t been painted in years. They asked for first, last and security. Which I paid in full. After being there for 2 years, and after making complaints about the water bugs in the house and it not being rectified, I finally moved out. They locked me out of my house before the lease had ended. Then they proceeded to sue me for “damages” above and beyond security deposit when I gave the property an entirely new facelift and it looked much better compared to when I moved it. Don’t trust them to rent from them. Do your research first. I hope this prevents future tenants from the headaches they cause. And definitely watch out for the silver fish bugs. The properties along the shore are riddled with then!

Leslie Terres was well prepared with comps and spreadsheet comparisons. She was very familiar with our area, the similarities and differences and the value of each amenity. She was very available and kept me informed of everything, including appointments and feedback. When the demands got excessive, she took the initiative to reach out to the buyers with clarifications. When the adjuster set the value low, Leslie pleaded, our case successfully (after doing extra research). She is a great representation of a well rounded agent. Terribly unresponsive and unprofessional. I've been trying for a month to arrange a summer rental through them, and my 10 emails (plus calls) are routinely ignored. Would certainly not want to be wrapped up in a contract with a business this neglectful of interested customers.
