We hired WFL to manage our property a while back after being fed up with our last property management company. Since signing on with them, there has been great improvement and development around the property. They provide wonderful customer service and are very attentive to our needs. I'm not sure where to start on how WFL operates. For one, WFL has impeccable communication and pro- active managers that care not only about each property but each tenant, buyer, renter & unit in their properties too.

They take their job seriously, they respond quickly and they prioritize any and all work orders with speedy efficiency. Each of their employees show initiative, give respect and take action in an efficient manner. WFL is amazing and, frankly, I've never seen a more professional, honest and thorough company.

I am on the board at our condo complex and have been happy with the services WFL provides. Our property manager is very responsive and their customer service is good. Compared to a previous management company we worked with, they are the best around. I would recommend them to other complexes.

WFL has been managing our condo complex for years now. The Board receives a monthly financial report showing all income & expenditures and a common charges report. They have managed to reroof, repave, fence, and install a new laundry room. They manage the projects while working with the Board to keep the impact on residents to a minimum. WFL has consistently maintained and improved our property year over year. I would recommend this property management company.
