Went to look at a place off springhill dr. I did read all the reviews before hand about this company. The house was a great price, and from the pictures and drive by seemed like it would be great. When going inside the house however it did smell like the previous owner may had smoked in there. The garden tub in the master had a whole they patched but you could still poke ur finger in it and the tub would leak. The fixures were cheap and missing light bulbs the house was dirty and not painted well inside. Overall super disappointing because the house has been on the market for a while now. They do ask alot for fees and their stipulations when it comes to hidden fees and what not. And the address on here isn't correct go to there website and under contact to find the correct address. Sadly I wouldn't work with this company.

This company is not a cut above the rest this company is fraudulent they make mistakes and the tenants end up paying the price for said mistake. Then they’ll gaslight you trying to make you think that they can’t help what is happening what has happened. I’m a accountant I’ve worked for a rental real estate company in the past and I know how easy and good of a company can be and have ones that are bad. I have a great owner just wish he would’ve done better at picking a better company. Wish he wouldn’t of changed who he was using when I moved in years ago.

We rented from them just over four years with no issues and minimal increases. Any issues we reported were taken care of immediately. House was clean when we moved in. We extended the lease a couple months past our lease end date and they worked with us on that and didn’t charge us more then regular rent. We have had nothing but positive experience. We moved closer to our jobs and are paying 700 more a month for smaller house with no pool so more then fair on rent prices. Everything is spelt out in lease what your responsible for at move out. I think the there has to be more to the story on the bad reviews. Thank you White Diamond for the 4+ years of worry free renting.

Sabrina was a kind and courteous professional who worked with me for days to get my family into a property. The staff at White Diamond Rentals in Spring Hill Florida are attentive, quick to respond to any issues and are resolved quickly in a very professional manner. I highly recommend to contact their office if looking to purchase a home or rent property. The entire staff are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again if I had to relocate back to Florida

Where to even begin, From the very beginning it’s been a horrible experience. I signed a 1 year lease with White Diamond and to say the least the owner Theresa is a nice woman but a horrible business owner, very good talker and always try’s to soothe things over with words. However those tactics only last so long when things need fixing in a home and they aren’t getting done all the while rent is being paid on time. My air conditioner wasn’t working and my home was at 95 degrees in this horrible florida heat, i was told “it’s not her problem and it would have to wait till Monday to have it looked at” thank goodness my husband knows hvac and was able to fix it. My property was constantly flooding and due to an overflowing drain field but was told it’s not a big deal and it would be taken care of, well I had to live 3 months with an awful smell inside my home. Also upon move in the residence was filthy and was allegedly deep cleaned before I moved in but I don’t think old oil and grease in the stove, dirty air vents and nasty refrigerator along with filthy floors and moldings are supposed to be dirty after a deep clean. There’s tons more but with that being said I do not recommend renting from White Diamond Realty unless you want constant upsets and headaches. I feel sorry for the home owners they don’t keep in the loop.

We rented a single-family home from them for 16 months. When we moved in the house was disgusting. There was soap residue in all the showers, mildew in the showers, the range hood was filthy and no washer/dryer as we had been told.
The first issue was when the guest toilet started leaking. I reported it to WD and they had a plumber reach out. The plumber asked to come while we were out of town, and he said he would try again in a couple weeks when we returned. Never heard from him again and when I reached out to WD they informed me that he fixed the toilet by replacing all the guts in the tank while we were out of town. However, they did not let him in the house, the homeowner had not let them in, and the guts in the tank were the original. WD told me they had already paid the plumber and the toilet was fixed. It was not, so a couple months later I reported it leaking again. They sent a plumber out who determined all the guts had to be replaced but he needed approval from WD who would not answer their phone.
Another time we had several outlets without power, they sent a handyman (not electrician) to fix the problem. He rewired a GFI outlet and the other outlets started working. The next day, they were not. Tired of dealing with WD, my husband pulled out the GFI outlet which was completely melted and smelled of burnt plastic. This could have easily turned into a house fire.
We had issues with other repairs and appliance replacements.
When we vacated the home, we had it professionally cleaned. WD kept $250 of our deposit stating the house was messy, smelled like dog, and the horrific 15 year old, stained carpet had to be professionally cleaned. I provided a video time stamped 6:55pm the day we vacated showing the house was immaculate, pictures of the dozens of stains on the carpets timestamped the day we moved in, and they still refused to give us our money back. I have asked to see their pictures numerous times, but they refuse.
