We moved from Virginia to Tampa in 2019. We had a contact living in Lutz that I knew from a previous job, and they recommended Henri to us. What a find! I have never had a good experience with realtors until Henri. He is extremely professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. When we'd find a house to consider, he would research it and be able to tell us all kinds of things about it that we would not have known to look for (like whether a house was used as a rental). The few times we were able to come down and do a whirlwind weekend, looking at a pile of houses, he was very well-organized. He walked into our hotel lobby at 8:00 am on the dot (thank you, former military background!), and had a very efficient plan to see quite a few homes each day. He helped us understand some of the nuances of the market here, and educate us on things that we hadn't experienced (like CDDs vs HOA fees, etc.). What we LIKED BEST about Henri was that he would FIGHT FOR US! Our previous realtors, both buying and selling, always seemed in a rush to close the deal vs taking the time to make sure we got the best deal. I have never seen someone work so hard on our behalf. We liked him so much, when my parents decided to move to Florida, Henri helped them, too. Even though it wasn't in the immediate area, he even drove the 1:45 minutes down to the area they wanted and worked just as hard for them. The sellers for my parents' new house were very difficult to work with, and he shielded my Mom and Dad from so much drama. THEN, my best friend decided to move down here from Virginia as well, and Henri helped them find their home. He knew so much about the market down here, and right now it's on fire, so houses are getting contracts the same day they go on the market. He helped them not only get the perfect house, but it was well-below comps. I can't say enough positive things about his work ethic to really describe it. It's one thing to help me and mine, but then to take care of my parents and best friend with the same level of excellence. If I could give 6 stars, I would!

If you are reading this review, you may have noticed that there is another Sanner review posted here. It is my son's review. Henri helped both of us find Florida homes while living in Virginia. I highly recommend that you read Matt Sanner's review. For me I will simply add that I defy anyone to produce one scintilla of evidence that there exists anywhere a more professional, caring, responsive, dedicated and yet charming real estate agent. When someone who helps you make one of the most important financial decisions of your life becomes a life-long friend of you and your extended family, it says something special about that person.
