Whitley Property Management was fantastic to us. Nicole and Greg were both very helpful in the lease signing process and being open and transparent as we looked around the property. They've both been very helpful and prompt in addressing maintenance concerns. Rent is affordable, and the place was very clean when we moved in as well.

We have rented with Whitley Property Management for years and overall it has been a tremendously pleasant experience. They listen and respond quickly and they work with us to fix and even improve the home where needed. Nicole is amazing to work with and we so appreciate her approach. Thanks Whitley team!

Terrible company ran by people who wouldn’t spit on you if you were on fire. Stay away from any property operated by these people.

Absolutely horrible company! I feel sorry for anyone who has them as their landlords. They do not care to fix anything that needs to be fixed and they raise the rent so much that their greed shows. They have no heart and do not care about their renters at all.

Greg McDougal helped me with all of my needs, he answered all of my questions, all while being patient, kind and very understanding throughout this entire process. Thank you Greg and thank you Whitley property management!

The properties this company's in charge of have on-going rodent/pest infestation issues they don't care to address. Avoid this company as they're in violation of local health codes.
