I have been very happy with my Window World, Windows over the past 5 years or so that we have had them.
This past winter, my wife, and I noticed some spots that had developed in between the pains of our front window in our living room. Initially, we thought we could simply clean them and that would be that.
Unfortunately ,it ended up being a direct result of a compromised seal.
Things like this can happen with any window manufacturer.
But here is what I would like to share concerning my experience when I realized this was going to be a warranty issue.
From the time I made a phone call to report the warranty issue, the ordering of the window, and then getting the service call set up, was nothing short of a piece of cake.
Then let’s talk about the service tech who came out to my home to do the switch out.
Will was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Kind, respectful, courteous and most importantly, professional.
In a day where I sometimes wonder where all the good customer service has disappeared to, this was a refreshing change of pace.

More than 10 years ago I had several windows installed by Window World. The installer at that time was Gene. He did a great job and we’ve been happy with our widows. Around 2 years ago we had a problem with one of the windows and thought no way will they fix it after so many years. I called, they asked me for the serial number on the window and within 3 weeks they showed up with a new window no questions asked. A few weeks ago I had another window getting condensation, I called and again they came and replaced it with no problems. The guy they sent was Will, he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied with the window before he left. He was friendly and respectful to us and our property. I’m so glad we chose Window World.

My experience with Window World of Michiana was just outstanding. When they came out to do an estimate, they showed me things I never thought about. Helped me understand exactly what I needed, did not try to oversell me - just gave me the truth about what would fit my needs. I had some sliding glass doors installed and the installers did an excellent job. Everything fit exactly as predicted. They painted the trim to match what was there and I have to say - you wouldn’t even know they were there - EXCEPT I have some beautiful, easy to use, sliding glass doors with side lights. Thanks Window World and owner Randy Medow for helping me fulfill my needs both in glass doors and a value that met my wallet.

We are extremely satisfied with the recent installation of our windows completed by Window World of Michiana. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the entire process was handled with professionalism, clear communication, and great attention to detail.

Nate and Derek were helpful, punctual, respectful of our home, and worked efficiently to complete the project on schedule. They started early and worked straight through each day without taking breaks, not even for lunch. In total, it took just two days to install and wrap 26 windows.

The quality of the windows and the workmanship exceeded our expectations. Every window was installed flawlessly, with excellent insulation and clean finishing work. We’ve already noticed significant improvements in both energy efficiency and noise reduction throughout the house.

It’s clear that Window World of Michiana takes great pride in its work and truly stands behind the products it offers. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality, reliable window installation services.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of responsiveness, and the profound unprofessionalism with this company. We had windows installed one year ago that are in need of warranty repair already. We had soffit and facia placed this May, not only did we wait nearly 8 months after ordering for the product to be installed, the quality of the work that was done is well below average. The workmanship and quality of skill we would rate about a 2/10. It was so poor from the very beginning, they didn’t even clean up after themselves and I had to pick up tons of nails out of my drive way to even park my car, the same amount of nails were left all over our roof. Please refer to photos. I reached out to our salesman who has always been professional, and honest. He forwarded my concerns to the proper individual. They were not addressed until I had to reach out again and let him know I never received a response. I also acknowledged perhaps a BBB complaint and google review would get things moving. At that point I was contacted by WW, the individual was rude and passive aggressive. He told me over a month ago he would have someone out within 2 weeks to fix the issues. Again, another huge disappointment, no one has shown up, no one has communicated as to why they haven’t shown up. We just want to have our windows repaired and the job done correctly.

First off I want to say how great Derrick our installer was. He was very professional and did a great job installing 13 new windows and a patio door in our home. He was on time kind and courteous and definitely knew what he was doing. Our house and windows have never looked better. I definitely would recommend window world of granger. There prices and quality cannot be beat. I also recommend Derrick the installer because I can guarantee that the job will be done right. First picture is the before second picture is the after and that was just three of the windows. God bless window world
