I'm the summertime and springtime, nice station. In the wintertime, while waiting for an Amtrak train here, I thought I was tired. Then I realized that's how a person feels before they freeze to death. Build more shelters instead of one with 3 seats.

Best station to the beat the crowd from Hartford Union Station. They have free parking in park and ride spots few feet from the train track and more spots with a 3 min driving from the station.

Beyond that, this is a VERY minimal & basic get off/get on train station stop. Don't expect much to be offered here & it is what it also is because for the most part, a few tend to get off & on here on any train coming through overall. So, not much needs to be had!

This is an alternative to the Bradley Airport Flyer bus direct from/to Hartford, or other buses if the schedule won't allow you to make one. One does run from here to the airport to note. Also if you like the train, you can go further south from Hartford to NYC and beyond, or up north into MA & VT. If business picks up a lot, sure, maybe expand a few little things here.

Only other stop is Windsor, then Hartford south. Going north, next stop is Springfield, MA. Someday I bet they'll build that one in Enfield though!

A minimal station at best. There are amenities such as a ticket kiosk and a small shelter, but these still cannot be in your favor against cold winter weather. I would recommend to stay in your car while waiting, and to spend a limited amount of time at this station.

It is just a shelter. Do not get there early as you will freeze. There is an automated ticket vending machine. You cannot walk to anywhere.
Unless you park the car there, we cannot go anywhere.

Small platform which makes the driver have to make a good stop so he/her doesn't overshot. Small shelter, although a lot of parking. Wait in your car until about 1 minute until it arrives if your coming here in the winter or any days below 55.

Very convenient stop if you are considering taking a ride into Hartford for work. Tons of parking, easy access and cleaned well if it snows in the winter. Not to mention the historic landmark at the entrance.
