Tashayla was so instrumental in my move in - I know we were very lucky to have her before she goes on her leave. I recently rented at Woodchase Apartments short-term for a work contract I had in San Leandro. I must say the whole experience of arranging for a virtual tour, signing the lease, and getting all the ducks in a row that have to do with the move was very smooth, thanks to the manager, Tashayla Walker. She is highly professional and very organized. Plus, she makes it a point to be readily available, to respond quickly, and to take care of whatever request or concern you may have. She obviously cares and knows what she is doing, and throughout my stay I felt well-taken care of. My move-out experience was just as smooth. I will most definitely rent at Woodchase in the future if I have a contract in San Leandro again.

Tashayla was so amazing to us! My daughter loves her and she gives her snacks every time we are in the office. She got us a great apartment and was able to move us in very quickly. My daughter also has friends she likes to play with here so that’s a plus. I love Woodchase Apartments thanks to Tashayla and am so grateful for her assistance.

Miss Tashayla is absolutely wonderful hands down. Not only was she a doll with my kids, she was extremely knowledgeable and professional, she was uplifting, non judgmental, personable and motivating. I've done business with other apartment properties who were shady, money hungry with no shame, and the employees there were clearly only there for a paycheck and bothered they had to do any work. Tashayla Walker has made the process of move-in for my daughter and myself, a truly seamless process. Her care and concern for us began the moment we sat down in her office to inquire. When we walked through door, we were welcomed with a smile and an eager, “Hello and how can I help you.” We are still transitioning with our move-in but, she has truly been supportive and stayed with us, ensuring that all of our requests our addressed and questions are answered. I cannot say enough about the impeccable customer service, and open door she has extended (I don’t know how she juggles everything). I look forward to our residency here and am happy to be a part of the Woodchase community!
