I love it here. The property manager Rosa is wonderful & she cares about the property and tenants. Always greets me with a smile. I love talking to her because she is always so positive. Thanks to her its safe and clean here. Also the maintenance guy Rodrigo is the best. I've lived in other apartments and none of them compares to him. Out of a 10 he ranks 100. He always greets me when I see him on the property. He's very good at what he does. Never complains and always a friendly smile. Once he fixes something u will never need it fixed again. I hope he never leaves

Not really sure of the bad reviews, I have been living here for five years now. I must say that the new manager is the best one that has run this property so far. She genuinely cares about the property. The laundry room is the cleanest it has ever been in the short time she has been here. She has installed new security lighting and our pool is under renovation and the property has never been so clean. I love living her and been very happy 😃

I have been living in this place for a couple months only, but I feel leaving this review because I am actually happy, my apartment is big enough, (I have a 2/2) even though the people who live here leave garbage all over the place, maintenance is always cleaning, painting and if I go to the office and I report any situation they’ll come in the same day to fix it! Laundry room is big and clean, the pool is not working for now because it is getting renovated, and that it’s no a big issue for me. The neighborhood is not the best but, the condominium is great!

Lived at this location for 10 years and paid on time regularly. It started nice but property slowly went down with a constant change of staff and maintenance. I could not keep up. I left the apartment in great condition with photos to prove it. I received three different excuses by three different people in the office why i could not get my deposit back and nothing in writing. The office management was poor and had a very slow response time. Also the property view at the front office is great but the rest of the property has poor upkeep.

The only good thing about this place is that the rent is cheap other than that I would not live here. I have three more months left and I thank God I can't wait to move. Not going to get into any details but if you can afford to live somewhere else just pay the extra money. Your home and car will both be safe. Your peace of mind is worth more than saving a few dollars.

Veru courtious leasing office staff they really work with you if you are behind on your rent are late they genuenly understand that people can have unforseen circumstancies.Very respectful property manager and her assistant the previous property manager was horriable but she is now gone thank god. Overall the staff is great and the maintainace guy the level as upkeep on the property as also gone up this is truely a great place to live.The only thing that is missing is onsite security are maybe a card reader gate to help protect the residents but this is just a suggestion.Again wonderful property manager and assistant hope it stays this way.

This used to be a really great place to live until TRG started managing this property. Maintenance only cleans when the complaints start piling up. The pool is restricted 8-5. Laundry is a complete head-ache (broken machines, restricted times to add money to cards, etc). Every other machine from the vacuum to the car pool don’t work. Office agent has the worst customer service-like they hand picked her out of a mc Donald’s drive thru. Beware!

I lived in this place in 1995. As a kid it was a good community to live in, it had a nice pool and a lot of places to ride your bike and run around. Unfortunaley it seems like car theft is still a problem. I rember that the (outside) neightborhood wasn't safe to walk around and ride your bike though. Not sure if the neighborhood got any better. I dont know why they don't make this into a (real) gated community...
