Very clean and large, spacious suites. My room was on The back side of the hotel and I did not hear any street noise. However, my uncle stayed towards the front of the hotel and he woke up early everyday because of the chanting from the strikes. I just wish that the blinds covered more of the window so that the light wouldn't stream in in the mornings.

We kind of had a bumpy start because of a strange smell in our room. I reported to the front desk and immediately they came upstairs and took care of it. The staff was so caring, compassionate and professional at every step of the way. Even when we needed some medical attention they handled it extremely well. During the stay at this wonderful resort we felt helped and safe the whole stay. The staff was beyond amazing which made our stay so pleasant. It was so hard to leave but now we know that while in SF next time for sure we will stay here. ||I definitely warmly recommend this great resort. ||Thank you for making our stay a remarkable one. WE WILL BE BACK!

The rooms are very clean and updated nicely and the aura about them is peaceful and relaxing. Service is very polite, professional, and respondes promptly to any concerns and requests. The location is perfect for a quick walk or uber to local attractions making getting out about easy and effortless. Their location is perfect as well for all the local amazing food.

It is Wednesday and my reservation starts on Friday.... but I was just informed Extra Holidays cancelled it due to overbooking. They have offered to rebook me in some distant properties that are not comparable or refund me -- but imagine how much hotels cost with 2 days notice in San Francisco. DEFINITELY do not trust this place. You will get burned.

Great location 1 block from China town. Cool old building. Front desk and bell hop were great with customer service. Just stay away from the "Concierge" who is really just trying to sell you somewhere.

We spent 3 days in a 1 bed/ 1 bath this last weekend. It was a good stay. Room was on the small side but since it's a refurbished historical building, it makes sense. Clean hotel but the elevator was really slow to go up and down. We were on the 2nd floor so we just used the stairs each time.

Parking: there isn't any parking in the front of the hotel, only loading and unloading. They offered us two options, public garage and private garage. We chose the private garage that's about 2 blocks away. But it worked out great. We attended a presentation and it covered the cost of the parking and they gave us an additional $25 gift card.

There is an office area, gym, and laundry room you can use.

Location: very close to China Town and little Italy. Walking distance to Pier 39 from the hotel is about 30 min. There is a convenience store across the street and lots of cafes and other shops nearby. Very good location.

We took the car to visit Golden Gate Bridge, Baker Beach, Lombard Street, The Pink Ladies, and Pier 39 and we only spent $30 for parking at the pier. (It was $10 dollars an hour) But all other parking was free street parking. A lot of parallel parking tho.
