La peor experiencia, despues de 5 meses de escribir a los realtors para agregar a mi esposo que nos mudamos, imposible que dieran respuesta. Al renovar obviamente no lo hicimos pero hasta este momento se 'preocuparon' en escribir. Salirnos del apto con miles de problemas, y lo peor es que querian aumentar la renta y al final hasta terminaron rentando mucho mas bajo...simplemente por ni siquiera ver el mercado antes de presionar. Si quieren perder su tiempo, dinero y paciencia se los recomiendaria. Sino busquen mejores opciones!

I have been working with Javier Alvarez since 2008 when I first received my Real Estate License. When I first became a Realtor, I did research on many companies that offered 100% Commission and NONE of them compared to Xcellence Realty, Inc. The Customer service is excellent and I always receive my commission check the same day as the closing date. In addition to that, their technology is second to none.

The decision to leave my brokerage of 8 years and move to Xcellence Realty Inc was not an easy one. I had to weigh the pros and cons of each very carefully. Ultimately, I feel I made the best decision for myself and my career when I joined Xcellence! Whether it be the very responsive and proactive leadership in Miami, or the super funactional back office, is hard to say. But, keeping 100% of every single commission check is on top of my list!
