I had a great experience during this process of buying a home with Ali Yche. His professionalism and skills assisting me and my family find a new home surpassed all of my expectations. He has a talent of listening to what you need and the hunt is on. He found us a place in what I believe was record time and we are now honored to call this our forever home. We used Yche Realty for both property management and the sale of our home. As property managers, they were always on top of my needs and the needs of the tenant. They enforced the lease properly, which as a landlord overseas, I highly appreciated as we had some tenants who were not always cooperative. When there were issues, they always made sure to stay on top of it regardless of the 50 minute drive each way to the home. In between renters, they took care of all maintenance and any repairs that needed to be done. As we are overseas, they handled everything for us from start to finish. When it came time to sell the property, they were able to secure a buyer in a short amount of time for close to asking price. The entire process went smoothly and they automatically handled any concerns without us having to get involved. Having property while being across the globe is difficult, but Yche Realty and their associates handled everything wonderfully for us. We highly recommend their services.

Recently we were looking for a competent agent to handle the sale of my house in central Florida. And being a foreign investor I had to really find an agent that was competent and that I can trust to handle the sale while I was not in the country. Mr Ayche was my choice after he was recommended by a business associate. And let me tell you, I am blessed to have him as my agent.
Being a lady and a first time seller, I had a lot of questions and concerns about the process, the negociations... Mr Ayche was always there to answer me even with the time difference between Europe and Florida.
I have just seen a comment made by another woman that he might have issues with women, the opposite is true, you cant find a nicer and gentler man to work with, he seems like a good family man and I would happily work with him again and again .

I would not recommend this company.  It was very apparent from day one that the rental had not been professionally cleaned or painted - patch marks, paint on floor and scratches on door frames. Felt rushed during the initial walk through and move in checklist. When concerns were brought up, they were brushed off as not being a big deal only to be stuck with the bill in the end. Was threatened with legal actions when more details were listed.

(Update response to owner’s response) This has nothing to do with getting our security deposit back. This is about letting others know how your company managed the property.
