Great for you Wonderful for the Community. I have had the pleasure of working with Jim and the “Your Neighborhood Realty” team for several years. The team found me my first apartment when I arrived in St Pete several years ago.
I got to know this staff over the years at several events where they supported the community.
Now comes the time that I am relocating out of the area and there would be no one I would go to when selling my house and making the necessary arrangement to move.

Couldn’t have done it with anyone else! Jim and Tara were a true blessing to our family at a time we needed them the most. We listed with them pre-Helene but then our home flooded. We endured 4’ of water in the home. They were there by our side every step of the way, truly, they went above and beyond to help us, encourage us, and gave us options. We decided to continue to sell, “as-is” and move to higher ground. They continued to work hard(much harder than they signed up for) and got our home sold for us, for a very fair market price for the area and condition of the home. It brings us to tears to think we could have had any old listing agent who only cared about the sale and not the family. We are honored to have worked with them and have met them. Best Real Estate Agent in Kenwood! Jim is by far the best and most knowledgeable real estate agent in the Kenwood and surrounding area, as well as a great friend! He has lived in the area for many years and knows the ever changing market like the back of his hand. We had a wonderful experience with him.
