Zack is the real deal. Glad to have met this seasoned real estate professional who helped us close on our first multiunit recently in Sacramento. Zack went above and beyond to make sure that we were being represented properly and was very responsive to all communication.

Hi. I have used Zack Alber as a realtor in Sacramento on two occasions. Once in 2012 to purchase a home, and then in 2021 to sell the same home. Prior to using Zack on both occasions I consulted and pseudo interviewed other realtors--on both occasions I opted to use Zack Alber's services and have not regretted it. When he recently sold my home for over the listing price he kept me informed throughout the process and quickly responded to phone calls and questions that I had. He also seemed to work well with the other realtor, perhaps keeping the deal alive through a potential rough spot. Zack worked hard for the sale of my home I believe. In my opinion he earned his commission. Without hesitation I recommend Zack Alber for handling your real estate needs. Happy house hunting 🙂

Awesome! The Home Purchasing Process is confusing and stressful. There are so many documents, contracts, contingency dates, it is enough to make your head spin. No matter what time of day or night, Zack always took my calls. I felt welcomed with my questions. I could trust his knowledge and experience to put things into a straight-forward easy to understand context. Zack would talk to me like a regular person, not a "salesman". He made sure everything was done all at the right time with the right people. He had excellent referrals for financing, inspections or any thing else need. Every goal I had during the home buying process was meet and or exceeded. I definitely recommend Zack to anyone who wants a fast smooth process.
