We have stayed in summit and eagle county for ski vacations for the past 15 years and come typically 2-4 times per season. We’ve rented from every major property management company. I can honestly say that we’ve never had a bad experience with any of our stays, which is great. But we’ve also never had an exceptional experience, which is why I wanted to write this review. We have found Adam helpful and responsive in an exceptional way. It is the level of personal responsibility and effort he makes. It’s refreshing to not be using a large management company with dozens of systems and layers. We are happy to support a local business doing it right. Thanks to Adam and Zuma property management! Keep up the outstanding work.

Incredible place, had a large group stay here, tons of room around the house and sleeping space galore. House has an awesome location in Breck where you get close proximity to the town but very much so in the mountains. Host was incredibly hospitable, 10/10 place to stay

I HIGHLY recommend this property management company. I've stayed at several of their properties in the Breckenridge and Keystone area. My experience was exceptional from start to finish. The houses were clean and had all the amenities we could need. Their locations were perfect for easy access to trails and gorgeous views.Communication with Zuma Property Management was reliable before, during and after our stay. We will be back! Booked a nice house in Breckenridge for my family for some leaf peeping. The house was amazing, very clean and ready for use. Had some questions for Adam and he was very responsive. I will definitely use Zuma again and recommend to my friends if they're travelling to the mountains.

I stay with Zuma every time my family and I go to breckenridge (in fact, writing this review from my latest extended stay right now). Always beautiful and clean homes, well stocked with everything we could need. Highly responsive and great customer service. Only wish they would stock higher quality toilet paper.

I recently stayed at a property managed by Zuma Property in Breckenridge and was extremely disappointed with the management. Almost immediately we noticed the linens were EXTREMELY dirty, with blood, what looked like dried food, and even makeup along with all other matters of things on the sheets/duvets. The floors had NOT been vacuumed as there were crumbs everywhere. We had maids come out to the house the next day (after informing management) however they DID NOT CLEAN ANYTHING. They did not touch the dirty linens that we informed management about, and they didn't even take out the trash. We ended up washing all the linens ourselves. We were about 2 days in when we noticed dried VOMIT on the walls. Absolutely disgusting. We tried reaching out numerous times to at least get the cleaning fee refunded but had no luck. There is no way that house was up to Covid cleaning standards. One positive note, the house is beautiful and the location is great, however the management of this property is atrocious. Would not recommend to anyone.
