My husband and I booked an apartment in Redwood City for a business trip over the summer. The RESI Housing staff made this experience really amazing and successful! The apartment was great! Fully stocked with all of the kitchen items I would use if I were at home, the apartment was very modern, clean and comfortable. After our first night stay guest services called us to check in and see if we needed anything to help make our stay more enjoyable! Their hospitality was top of the line. This experience was way better than booking a hotel! We will be back to stay with you again RESI Housing!!

RESI Housing is a very high quality organization. We travel frequently to the Peninsula area, and we have stayed in many locations. Of all of the places we have stayed so far, RESI housing has provided the greatest overall value. The two units we have used at 201 Marshall Street have been superb - modern, new, clean, and excellently situated, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, etc. But the level of service provided by Chang, Debbie, and Nancy has been nothing short of stellar - highly responsive, accommodating, and customer oriented. Quite remarkable and appreciated. We intend to use RESI Housing as first choice for all of our future stays in the Peninsula.

I booked this unit for a 3 day business trip to Silicon Valley and I'm really glad I found it! It's a large unit in a VERY convenient part of town. Easy access to Palo Alto and Stanford but feels very residential. Beautiful pool and facilities with a dedicated parking spot. The place itself is immaculate and the "goodies" they leave are a thoughtful and really welcome change from hotel chains. I will use this place again whether just in for a few days of meetings or for a longer family stay. Charla and Chang made for a terrific support staff when I arrived and the communication leading up to the stay was very professional.

All in all this was a great experience and I would definitely recommend!

The RESI Team made my stay at their property superb! A modern and clean property, with the smallest of special touches that you don't get even in the best hotels. Communication was always prompt and professional with an attitude of exceeding my expectations. I stayed at Hearth in Santa Clara for 2 weeks in Jan, and it was one of the best stays anywhere ever. The apt is beautifully appointed and very functional with a very functional kitchen. It's also very spacious and the gym facility on the top floor is top-notch. It's also very conveniently located in Santa Clara with a park the library very close by. The parking is very convenient too.

I used RESI Housing to find an immediate answer for a traveling employee requiring a housing solution for a month at the 550 Mooreland #2110 complex in Santa Clara.
They were extremely helpful in expediting our requests and finding us the best solutions.
The apartment and complex was wonderful and perfect for our needs, and the website accurately depicted the property. I originally contacted them regarding another property, but, as I am not familiar with the area, they suggested this alternative location as it is closer to our offices, and has shopping and restaurants within a short walking distance.
Charla and the team were very service oriented, flexible and willing to help us with all of our requests.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a corporate apartment in the area.
