My fiancee and I met Garret at the beginning of this year through a family friend of mine who spoke very highly of Garret - they mentioned how professional he was, and how easy he was to work with and get along with.

Garret made those qualities immediately apparent when working with us - when looking at houses, he listened to our requirements and requests, and diligently provided recommendations based on those requirements and other "nice-to-haves" we mentioned. On tours, he always gave us an itinerary well in advance, and would discuss with us each home while touring and after touring to get a better understanding of our tastes and what we liked and didn't like about the home.

He was also very understanding when we put our house search on pause for 5-6 months, and when we reached back out to start up again, was immediately ready with new recommendations and an overview of how the market had changed in the meantime.

When it came time to put offers on homes, Garret helped provided guidance without being too pushy, something which I found reassuring given this was my first time buying a home. Through signing and closing he was always on top of it, responding to any questions promptly and thoroughly, and giving us regular updates to ensure we felt like we always knew what was going on and what was next.

We would absolutely recommend Garret to anyone - he's professional, organized, punctual, but never pushy. He listened to us and helped us find a home we are extremely happy with. Whenever we decide to move again (which we hope won't be for a while!) we definitely hope to work with him again.
